The mission of American Heroes In Action is to provide therapeutic outdoor adventures to American heroes including combat wounded veterans, injured firefighters and injured members of law enforcement.
There is a therapeutic benefit to enjoying the great outdoors. American Heroes In Action provides combat wounded veterans as well injured firefighters and members of law enforcement with hunting trips, fishing trips and other outdoor adventures.

2015
In 2015 American Heroes in Action was launched to provide outdoor therapy to combat wounded veterans, injured fire fighters, members of law enforcement and other American heroes.
2016
In 2016 American Heroes in Action provided 51 participants, with 12 different adventures, in 2 different states.
2017
In 2017 American Heroes in Action provided 93 participants, with 24 different adventures, in 5 different states.
2018
In 2018 AHIA worked to grow the organization and brought on a 4 member Board of Directors. We also provided 58 participants with 18 adventures in 5 different states.
2019
In 2019, American Heroes in Action provided 113 participants with 35 adventures in 7 different states.
2020
In 2020, American Heroes in Action provided 116 participants with 36 adventures in 11 different states.
2021
In 2021, American Heroes in Action provided 218 combat Veterans and other American heroes with 55 adventures in 10 different states.
2022
In 2022, American Heroes in Action will grow the organization with new chapters in Northern Colorado, Southern Colorado and in other states. New chapter fundraising will pay for more adventures for more American heroes.
