Diamond Sponsorship

AHIA will purchase $50,000 in merchandise to sell in the auctions or give away in the raffles and games, in the name of your business. As the Diamond Sponsor, your business will be a named presenter of the banquet. Your business name will be included in all print and electronic banquet marketing. You’ll receive a full page ad in the banquet program, and four reserved tables for eight guests per table. After the banquet, AHIA will provide you with four rooms at the hotel. You’ll also be invited to join a group of Veterans or first responders on two outdoor adventures, your choice of fishing trips, bird hunting or a round of golf.

Platinum Sponsorship

AHIA will purchase $25,000 in merchandise to sell in the Live Auction, in the name of your business. As the Platinum Sponsor, your business will be a named sponsor of the Live Auction. You’ll receive a full page ad in the banquet program and four reserved tables for eight guests per table. After the banquet, AHIA will provide you with four rooms at the hotel. You’ll also be invited to join a group of Veterans or first responders on two outdoor adventures, your choice of fishing trips, bird hunting or a round of golf.

Gold Sponsorship

AHIA will purchase $10,000 in merchandise to sell in the Silent Auction, or, give away in the General Raffle, in the name of your business. As a Gold Sponsor, your business will be a named sponsor of the Silent Auction, or the General Raffle. You’ll receive a full page ad in the banquet program and have four reserved tables for eight guests per table, at the banquet. After the banquet, AHIA will provide you with four rooms at the hotel. You’ll be invited to join a group of Veterans or first responders on two outdoor adventures, your choice of fishing trips, bird hunting or a round of golf.

Silver Sponsorship

AHIA will purchase $5,000 to $9,999 in merchandise to sell in the Auctions, or, give away in the General Raffle, in the name of your business. As a Silver Sponsor, your business will be the named sponsor of the item or package of items, offered in either of the Auctions, or the General Raffle. You’ll receive a 1/2 page ad in the banquet program and have three reserved tables for eight guests per table, at the banquet. After the banquet, AHIA will provide you with three rooms at the hotel. You’ll be invited to join a group of Veterans or first responders on an outdoor adventures, your choice of fishing, bird hunting or golf. Select “Request Invoice” at checkout and note the amount you would like to sponsor in Order notes at checkout. An invoice will be prepared, and sent to you, for the amount you specified.

$5,000 to $9,999

Bronze Sponsorship

AHIA will purchase $2,500 to $4,999 in merchandise or services, to sell in the Live Auction, in the name of your business. As the Bronze Sponsor, your business will be the named sponsor of the item or items sold in the Live Auction. You’ll receive two reserved tables for eight guests per table, at the banquet. After the banquet, AHIA will provide you with two rooms at the hotel. Select “Request Invoice” at checkout and note the amount you would like to sponsor in Order notes at checkout. An invoice will be prepared, and sent to you, for the amount you specified.

Four Star Sponsorship

As a Four Star Sponsor, you will receive one reserved table for eight, and one room at the hotel.

-Sponsor the Purse Raffle for $1,500. We’ll purchase four conceal carry purses and a .380 pistol to sell in the Live Auction, in your name. One of the purse buyers will win the pistol.

-Sponsor the Decoy Raffle for $2,000. We’ll purchase four different Duck Decoys, and a 12 gauge shotgun, to sell in the Live Auction, in your name. One of the Decoy buyers will win the shotgun.

-Sponsor the Bump Gun Raffle for $1,500. We’ll purchase a pistol to use a a prize in a raffle that is given away to someone who “Bumps” up the Live Auction high bid by $50.

-Sponsor a large item or package of items to be sold in the Live Auction for $1,500 to $2,499. Your business will be the named sponsor of the item sold in the Live Auction. Select “Request Invoice” at checkout and note the amount you would like to sponsor in Order notes at checkout. An invoice will be prepared, and sent to you, for the amount you specified.

Three Star Sponsorship

AHIA will purchase $1,000 to $1,499 in merchandise or services to sell in the Auctions, in the name of your business. As a Three Star Sponsor, your business will be the named sponsor of the merchandise or services to sell in the Live Auction. You’ll receive four tickets to the banquet. Select “Request Invoice” at checkout and note the amount you would like to sponsor in Order notes at checkout.

Two Star Sponsorship

AHIA will purchase $500 to $999 in merchandise or services to sell in the Auctions, in the name of your business. As a Two Star Sponsor, your business will be the named sponsor of the merchandise or the services to sell in the Live Auction. You’ll receive two tickets to the banquet. Select “Request Invoice” at checkout and note the amount you would like to sponsor in Order notes at checkout. An invoice will be prepared, and sent to you, for the amount you specified.

This fundraising event is to raise money for American Heroes In Action (AHIA), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, that supports combat wounded Veterans, as well as injured fire fighters, members of law enforcement and other American heroes. AHIA provides outdoor therapy to these brave men and women by providing all expenses paid hunting trips, fishing trips and other outdoor adventures.
